Accessibility

This site is built to be usable by every man it is meant to reach, including those using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, or a phone in bright sun.

What is in place

  • Contrast. Body text meets WCAG AA in both themes. The brand’s Exodus Green does not pass as text on a light background, so the light theme uses Deep Green for links and accents and keeps Exodus Green only as a fill behind black type.
  • Two themes. Dark is the default; a light reading theme is available from the toggle in the header, and the site follows your system setting until you choose.
  • Keyboard. Every control is reachable by keyboard, focus is always visible, and a skip link is the first item on each page.
  • Targets. Interactive elements are at least 44×44 pixels; primary actions are larger.
  • Motion. Transitions are brief and purposeful. If your system asks for reduced motion, animation and smooth scrolling are switched off.
  • Structure. Headings run in order, landmarks are labelled, and the page is readable with JavaScript disabled.
  • Text. Type scales with your browser settings; nothing is locked to a fixed pixel size that prevents zooming.

Known gaps

  • The site has not yet been tested with a screen reader by a person who uses one daily. Automated checks are not a substitute for that.
  • No photography is in place yet. When images are added, each will need real alternative text.
  • The logo is a placeholder, so the wordmark is currently set in type rather than a proper mark.
Placeholder — copy needed

This page needs a working contact route for accessibility problems — an email address or phone number a person actually monitors, and a commitment to how quickly they will respond. That address is not yet decided.

Telling us about a problem

If something here is difficult or impossible to use, we want to hear about it and fix it. Use the contact form until a dedicated address is published.
