Until now, the questions have primarily been about the participant. At The Commission, the focus turns outward. Freed men free men.
The five days

The Servant
Leadership starts with humility.
- Day 2
The Shepherd
Learn to care for men, listen well, protect confidentiality, and know the limits of peer coaching.
- Day 3
The Guide
Learn to facilitate approved Leaving Egypt content and lead meaningful conversations.
- Day 4
Multiply
Build the plan for taking Leaving Egypt principles into a church or community.
- Day 5
The Commissioning
Be sent back for another man.
Months 21–24 — The Guide Residency
The Commission is not an automatic license to lead. The final months are a practical leadership and character-development period.
- Co-lead
Co-lead approved sessions.
- Show up
Participate in Guide calls.
- Practice
Practice facilitation and receive feedback.
- Stay accountable
Maintain personal accountability throughout.
- Work with the church
Work alongside local church leadership.
- Find the group
Identify the group he will serve.
- Build the Outpost
Develop his first Outpost.
- Live it
Demonstrate alignment with Leaving Egypt values.
Month 24 — Leaving Egypt Guide. Go back for one.
The Guide Covenant
A Guide is never above the men he leads. The ground is always level.
- Protect confidentiality and the dignity of every man.
- Maintain personal accountability and live consistently with Leaving Egypt values.
- Use only authorized Leaving Egypt material.
- Do not modify or commercialize curriculum without permission.
- Respect and work alongside church leadership.
- Understand the limits of peer coaching and refer men to qualified help when needed.
- Remain connected to the Leaving Egypt brotherhood.
- Continue pursuing Faith, Family, Fitness and Finance.
The Gathering
The Gathering is not Level 5. The Commission sends men out; The Gathering brings the brotherhood back together — worship and teaching, testimonies, stories from Outposts, Guide recognition, and celebration of restored families and men living their Land Maps.
